Are you feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, distracted, insecure, lonely?

If your answer includes any of these feelings, know that private, confidental, kind and compassionate care is only a few clicks away through the NousTalk Student Care Network. The NousTalk Student Care Network offers you a new way to access mental health treatment — via secure, encrypted online video conferencing from the comfort and privacy of your own home, apartment or dorm room.

What to Expect:

  • Your counsellor will listen to your current concerns and will gather some basic background information and review your student association health plan coverage options.
  • Your counsellor will help you explore your concerns and identify action steps.
  • You and your counsellor will decide if a follow-up appointment would help.
  • If follow-up counselling is planned, your counsellor will help you identify your priorities for your  counselling session.
  • Your counsellor may give you tips on how to cope.
